This weekend is all about Subnautica #1— it’s my 5th most played game on the switch, because I’ve restarted it a few times . I only have 2 more blueprints before I can build the cyclops for the first time. Such an immersive game (double entendre intendended)
Three games for me this weekend:1)Faeria —complete edition, I’m so addicted to this card game, only started a few weeks ago and already logged in about 50 hours—the always online aspect is inconvenient however. 2) Doorkickers: Action Squad—great, deep, pickup and play action 3) Subnautica—restarted it for the 3rd time and loving it once again—I really lose track of time playing this one!
I spent most the weekend here in China browsing switch games on sale. Despite that, I’m considering just going ahead and getting DYSMANTLE which recently came out but hasn’t had a sale yet. Also caved and purchased the subscription + and toyed with a couple of N64 games. However, I worked hard this weekend and finally made Ascension level 6 for The Watcher in StS in addition to reaching the true final boss for The Silent on A5.I’m really tempted to get New Terra but a review is hard to come by even though it been out for almost a month. Anyone played that or DYSMANTLE? Which should I spend my 20 dollars on?
Continuing onward with Roguebook -deluxe: I’ve played with 8 of the 10 possible pairs of characters and I’m at epilogue 4 (of 20) in new game+. Each playthrough has been taking me about 3 hours so I break after each chapter to play golf story, Toodee Topdee, House of Fata Morgana—of which I just got to the first plot twist. I’ve also been making further progress in Fez and Slay the Spire.
I’ve sunk about 20 hours into Roguebook so far—I bought the deluxe edition and I’m enjoying discovery new items, events and cards every play-through. I’d say it’s easier than Slay the Spire to make progress and as complex (in a good way) as Monster Train. It’s an addictive game to say the least——the only downside is that this port hasn’t been well-optimized for the switch(no touch), and game play can get laggy.
Just completed ascension level 4 with the watcher, and I’ve beat the final boss with her too. Don’t know how to post screenshots here. My suggestion would be to keep your deck slimmed down, making use of remove card options when possible—however some builds require lots of cards. 198 hours logged in the game for switch so far—-and another 120 or so in tablet/phone.
Got Roguebook Deluxe day one and so far really enjoying it—-I’ve also set my eyes on Deck of Ashes but yet to bite and buy it. As a fan of Slay the Spire over Monster Train, should I spring for DOA or Griftlands?—both are on sale at the moment.
This weekend is about replaying graveyard keeper with the game of cronos dlc, relaxing game. Also recently purchased Sm3D world so onto the ice domain in that. I’ve been meaning to get back into Fez after buying it a second time (once for my iPad) now for switch. Also never really broke past the first chapter of Eastward which I had preordered back in October so that also merits some play time….hmm I’m definitely getting the 1st Voice of Cards while it’s on sale, but should I also cave and get the discounted GTA trilogy….?
