Mine worked at first, but after one week or so it has not worked again. I haven't been able to solve the problem so sadly I have to use wireless, which has been fine but slower.
In enjoyed this game a lot. Don't get discouraged by this review if you were planning on playing this game solo, I did it a few years back and it was nowhere near boring.
It can be confusing at times, but once I understood that non-flashing rooms in the map means I'm missing something there, it was a much more fluid experience.
Sure if you hate Metroid-like games you probably won't love this, but if that is not the case I would definitely give this a try.
P. D: I don't understand the "sluggish controls" part, every Kirby controls perfectly and this is not a exception. I played it on the original DS though.
