If we are judging 2D and 3D Zelda purely by game quality on the Switch then its an overwhelming victory for 2D Zelda. However if we are talking Skyward Sword and earlier for 3D Zelda then its an overwhelming victory for 3D Zelda. If we are maintaining the style of Breath of the Wild for all future 3D Zelda games then this series is in really going downhill fast. To finally answer the question, pre 2017 3D is best, but 2017 and beyond 2D is strongest.
Went with Bomberman despite being torn between it, Snipperclips and 1-2 Switch. I only chose Bomberman because I put more time into it then the others. However in all honesty all three of these games were better then the train wreck that was Breath of the Wild. Although this is just my opinion.
This weekend is fun. In preparation for Borderlands 3 in September, my brother in law has convinced me to start replaying Borderlands 2 with him. Besides that my alone time is spent working through Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3. If I get tired of that continuing my adventures in visual novel Clannad on the Switch is certainly a way to go. Been going for over forty five hours and have still barely scratched the surface on the games many stories.
