If he adds maybe 8 new characters everyone would be happy. No one is asking him to add 20 new fighters. However if we get hardly any new characters people will argue it doesn't have anything new in store. The solution is to not go overboard but still put in some new content.

I guess if you lived in Japan it wouldn't be too bad.

Streetpass is not popular or even useful in America for the reason not many people take trains or buses unless they live in large cities. I don't even know why they implemented Streetpass in the first place outside Japan.

I like having two seperate games. Now that means more Smash to keep us entertained until Nintendo's next platforms.

It will also ignite third party development which we need.

I don't get it. The fact they would rather invest in a sinking ship like the Xbox One boggles my mind.

I'm glad it ain't over implemented. The reason I didn't care much for the Wii was the controls were forced.

I never was a huge fan of subspace. I hope this campaign will be better.

Why would Activision care about a near dead system from last gen but think the new black is chopped liver. As in the tootsie pop commercial the world may never know.

@GN004Nadleeh Graphics are no excuse for great gameplay. A game can look stunning like Crysis 3 but play like Superman 64. And the Luigi DLC is 10 million times better than microtransaction. I also ain't a fan of your sarcastic rudeness.

@Kirk If anyone is in trouble it's EA. The 3DS can provide Nintendo coverage long enough to build the Wii U a great enough install base to woo over third parties.

He is a game dev not a critic. Very unprofessional of a guy being held up to high standards.

That's just the opinion of a few. Almost everyone agrees Mario and Zelda never get old. Most of the games don't even use the same engine unlike many other devs.

Is Sonic the only IP Sega care about? What ever happened to games like Alex Kidd,Shenmue,and Vectorman,etc.? Other than appearing in the Sonic Racing games almost all of their IPs are non existent to them which is really sad.

@moroboshi And BTW. If you are so disappointed with Nintendo then why do you come here? I'm guessing to vent. You can do that on a site where most people dislike Nintendo.

@moroboshi And to add to that have you heard of an install base? Not having an instant install base can't be the sole killer of a system. Install bases can be earned over time and Nintendo is obviously doing this with what always sold their systems. With these games third parties will follow with the exeption of devs like EA that are too money hungry to drop DRMs and Microtransactions.

@moroboshi Didn't they say the 3DS was d00med also due to lack of content and look where it's at now. The only reason the Sega Dreamcast tanked was due to many many many more reasons than it's install base. Don't get me wrong I love Sony and MS too but I honestly see Nintendo making aturn around 3DS style.

@Marshi God of War is not a terrible game but I prefer to actually play a game compared to hitting displayed buttons when they appear on the screen or mash them. Gran Turismo feels like driving a real car compared to playing an exciting video game.

@moroboshi D00M D00M D00M Why are you buying into that mindset? Last time I checked Nintendo's IPs sell like hotcakes and as for Sony what origional ideas do they have that set them apart?

Why does a lot think SSB4 will be released in late 2014 or early 2015. The game has been in development since early 2011. A smash Bros. game wouldn't take that many years to make. If I'm correct Oblivion didn't even go into development that long. I'm aiming for late this year or early next year.

@RantingThespian I'm not too worried. Society is fastly moving forword. 25 years from now people will look in disgust at the fact they did somthing like this.

@zeldagaymer93 Im also a gaymer and what Nintendo did offended me too. It's a damn shame society often sees us as second class citizens.
