@GoldenSunRM I agree, the playtime is one metric, but enjoyment is important as well. Before Your Eyes took me 2 hours to beat and I enjoy it a lot more than most Assassin's Creed games, some which I played for almost 80 hours
This will be a hot take, but Mario Kart World might be worth 80, hell, even 100, but the problem is we don't have a way of knowing without experience it for ourselves. A game like Slay the Spire, which I put over 900 hours, is, for me, worth more than most triple A games and I would've definitely pay more than I did for it just for the amount of hours I put into it, while a game like Sonic Forces, which I didn't even finished, I would've pay no more than 5 dollars for, no the 30 that I did. Not all games are made equally and not all are worth the same, so at face value the 80 dollar price tag seems ludicrous. I recommend watching Dunkey video on game pricing
A little bit after the acquisition of Activision/Blizzard was completed by Microsoft, Toys for Bob (Spyro: Reignited Trilogy and Crash Bandicoot 4) became independent, but they would still develop a game for Xbox Game Studios. While most likely is a new Spyro or Crash game, I'm crossing my fingers for it to be a new Banjo game, be it Banjo-Threeie or a remake of Banjo-Kazzoie and Banjo-Tooie
