Re: Editorial: A Wii U Price Cut is Still Worthwhile Despite Its Ongoing Woes

@rushiosan as the article mention, Nintendo tends to keep their games at a set price. I don't doubt 60 dollars for Maker is hard to come by for most since it's a fun game when you have a family or friends in the room. Online is good too. But that game won't go down in price because Nintendo sets prices high. I don't even see it going down Black Friday. Only retailers decide if they want to see the cost at a lost and hope to make up the prices through protection plans, bundles and so forth.

Re: Movie Review: Pixels Proves Once Again That Video Games And Film Do Not Make Good Bedfellows

Let's stop pretending like this was a good movie or that it could have been a good movie even with ads, when we all know that every video game movie ever made has been crap or "meh" at best. The resident evil movies suck. Some people like them but I think they are crap. Max Payne was stupid. Silent Hill.... crap. There's a long list of them, but must we not forget what they did to us with Mario?!!!! They F'up Mario. Games and movies don't mix.

Re: Scathing Nikkei Report Hints At Shameful Treatment Of Staff By Dictatorial Konami Management

@Mystemo Sadly, this is what it has come to and agree with you. If you think about it, how many of Konami's fans are on mobile and how many are on handhelds/dedicated consoles? Clearly more on hand/dedicated, yeah? So yes, they are making a lot in mobile now, but a lot of those people are just "oh, this game is a dollar" casual gamers who aren't fans and who don't care about the quality of the game. It just looks good and will past a few mins of their time. They aren't fans. And while I'm not saying all of those mobile buyers aren't fans entirely of the company, the fact is that many of them aren't. And as you pointed out, that's what happen with Atri leaving the gamers for a bigger profit. I understand it's business, but this is why I rarely support these huge companies like EA and now Ko. They don't give a F about the gamer or the quality of the games. They just want a chunning machine that spits games for consumers to buy.
