@luke88 Half the problem with replaying Zelda games is that all dungeons can get boring since you know what to do. Maybe it's because I'm an older, experienced gamer now, but that's how these dungeons feel on the first pass.
That said, my nostalgia strongly pulls me towards Link's Awakening.
The problem is that (so far of the 5 I've finished) these aren't great dungeons. Weak theming, essentially zero puzzles or satisfying combat rooms, and generally quite small.
Probably the best of the set I've played is the Zora one because at least the water-based scenarios were relatively novel for a 2D Zelda.

I made a 96 stage SMB3 "sequel" in roughly three months back when SMM2 released. Everything I hear says this is not seven years worth of quality.
