However, not everyone is being reasonable when giving a score. Oftentimes I see readers going overboard with scores like '0 out of 10' and then providing little to no explanation as to why.
I also discovered that most overwhelmingly positive reviews are simply biased and shouldn't be trusted either. Important points that must be brought up are dismissed, game is near perfect, 9 out of 10. Then I play it for myself and fail to see what's so great about it.
Seems nice. I enjoyed the playful nature of one secret, where you click on the coin block to get extra points. However, I don't understand why the points must expire. There's a good chance I won't even be able to use them if nothing good comes up. So far, I can only afford The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, which I didn't get to play in the past, but. . . is it a good Zelda game?
I haven't played a single game in the Pokémon series with the exception of the 'special' demo on the 3DS, which was anything but special. I was surprised at how dated and restrictive the gameplay felt, and that was supposed to be the latest entry in the series. . . Perhaps, the earlier games are better, so I should still check them out, but that demo was one of the worst I've seen: exploration is not rewarded, most player-driven choices return nothing, and there's that annoying bumping sound when you walk up to things. The latter pretty much sums up the whole experience. Bump.

I'll give it a try. After all, there must be a reason why these games are so popular.
