Amazon.de returns was great, so in both cases they didn't even ask "why" - however every local store etc, I go I always open the game immediately without hesitation. Of course they do not want your return because of their retail profit margin - If you don't have infinite money supply you should really do it like this... filming opening stuff, especially with cheaper third party games like sonic, rayman, etc. because it seams to be more common there

I dont know anything about the production bit it's been Sega games concerning Sonic.
All Stars Racing and i think Sega Mega Drive Collection.
