@CharlieGirl I don't blame you, even the standard edition was the most expensive I've seen yet and took months longer then first estimated. Personally speaking, I'd love to see a re-release of Timespinner but I realize that's a vain hope.
It's a damn shame Embracer group bought out LRG, given the decline in quality for releases such as Doom Eternal. I wound up getting the standard edition and like others have said there was a 15+ gb download for the dlc & updates. It's ridiculous given the long wait with little information sent out.
@samuelvictor I'm in the same boat, both are looking rather fun to play. I'm wondering if I'll have to flip a coin to make my decision, it's been a while since I've been this exicted for a 2D Mario and Sonic.
I played the original when I was a kid and it remains my favorite Zelda experience to date. However I'll go back to playing the remake for the quality of life changes such as being able to use four buttons for the gear and not having to continually go into the menu to swap out items. There's also the cute art style which I've grown to love.
I'll eventually be getting to Totk. At this point I'm still playing through Xenoblade Chronicles 3. I really can't do more than one open world at a time.
I have to go with FFVI, it's an all time favorite for me. The changes they made for this version combined with the boosters make it so much easier to get back into it. It also makes me look forward to playing the rest of the collection.

Re: Random: You'll Soon Be Able To Give Out Post-Battle Fist Bumps In Splatoon 3
It's a cute idea, hope they continue with the social aspects of the game.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 27th)
I'm still working my way through XC3, near the end of chapter 5. Thinking of taking a break and playing something like SOR4 instead for a bit.

Re: Round Up: It's April Fools' Day, Here Are The Best Gaming Gags We've Seen (2023)
The Blasphemy Kid video was my favorite of the lot. I think the Sonic is murdered vn is a fun little idea.
