My first isn’t even on the list. While my brother did get final fantasy 4 on SNES (or FF2 as we knew it then) the first I actually played is final fantasy Mystic Quest. It’s an extremely simple beginners RPG, but I was 7 or 8 when it came out, so it was good for me. I played IV and VI (3) soon after, but like many others it was FF7 that really hooked me. Though FF9 is still my favorite. I own most of the games, and like almost everyone one to some degree. Only ones I really disliked were lightning returns and type-0.
Between both Pokémon releases, crisis core, no man’s sky, xenoblade 3 and persona 5, I have too much too soon play from this year. And I haven’t tried Nier or Bayonetta yet. On the flipside, I only bought a few PlayStation games this past year.
@LEGEND_MARIOID I have five of them (Persona 5, TMNT, No Man's Sky, Crisis Core, and Portal), but there are a few more I want. I haven't played Nier before.
I have played Portal and Portal 2. Still have my 360 copy of The Orange Box (seriously, port it to switch!) as well as a copy of the sequel. I am ashamed to say I have yet to beat either game. I intend to buy the switch collection and remedy this, but alas, I am broke as of now.
@KoopaTheGamer There is one silver falls game on switch already. I enjoy the games they released. I helped Jerrel locate some bugs in the first 3DS game. They show a lot of potential so I have been supporting their releases.
I got tricked into buying two fake Wii-U Pro Controllers when my funds were limited. They seemed fine at first but then the Analog stick on one started feeling imprecise and both of them started dying extremely quickly. Naturally I paid full price for the Switch Pro Controllers and I love them.

@PikminMarioKirby I think a lot of people missed your sarcasm lol. Your last sentence was the giveaway for me.
Re: Video: We've Played Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection - Here's 10 Minutes Of Switch Gameplay
@rvcolem1 I’m currently playing through Arkham asylum with no issues… I’ve never heard of that problem. Maybe try redownloading it?
Re: Super Mario Bros. Wonder, A Brand New 2D Mario Game, Is Coming To Switch
This looks like a ton of fun. I liked the NSMB series, but they were getting stale. I love the new art style.
Re: Mortal Kombat 1 Kameo Fighters Announced Alongside Main Roster
I read the headline, and thought it was weird that they included characters from an obscure Xbox 360 launch title made by Rare.
Re: Poll: Which Was Your First 'Final Fantasy'?
@chefgon same for me. It’s simple but not a bad game.

@smithyo I have been very tempted to try that one. You may have pushed me over the edge

Re: Nintendo Download: 6th May (North America)
You guys missed silver falls prelude. It’s by a very passionate Indy developer who recently also released games on 3ds very much worth a look.
Re: Nintendo Download: 28th January (North America)
Anyone else notice that Witcher 3 is listed as a new game for some reason?
Re: Feature: All Hail The Game Boy Micro, The Sexiest And Most Impractical Game Boy Ever
I always wanted one. But as my eyes get worse and my hands tend to ache when playing small controllers, I think I’ll get over it.
Re: Nintendo Download: 13th June (North America)
Nothing for me. I indulged too much on the E3 Sales.
Re: Nintendo Download: 6th June (North America)
@ilikeike Yeah I think I will pass.
