The US Nintendo Store listing is an error. The game is not 7.8GB!
If you go on the eshop on your Nintendo Switch and search Sonic Origins, two lisyings come up - the regular game and the digital deluxe.
The regular base game, on Switch eshop, is listed as 3.6GB.
The digital deluxe, on Switch eshop, is listed as 3.8GB. 200MB larger, that's all!
So yeah - the game is NOT nearly 8GB. The digutal deluxe version does not add 4.2GB of content. That'd be ridiculous. It's 3.6GB for the base game, 3.8GB for digital deluxe!
