I haven't beat it yet. I find the switching between the scanner and baster kinda difficult. Maybe even sluggish? If I have to scan to control a blaster shot, it should be immediate? And switching back to just standard blaster- it's a psychic ability, it should have to switch modes. There have been times when I think I'm out of scan mode, and I'm not. Times when I'm in scan mode and I'm trying to shoot but it's just here hand sticking out. Maybe just a remapping option would help. And the environments, while nice looking, feel empty. I think Nintendo should have just kept this exclusive to the switch 2. Or sold it as a switch game with FREE update to better resolution on switch 2. It's enjoyable enough, but I wouldn't use it as a showcase for the switch 2's power. It's obvious it's a switch game ported to the switch 2, and that's what they should have sold it as. It's not worth the extra money to market as a switch 2 game. Sorry, it's just my opinion.
@ShadJV you could buy the DLC within the game. I'm pretty sure any game that let's you access the eShop while playing legally has to have this disclaimer. Like others have said, it's probably just a way to subscribe to Switch Online from inside the game.
@FatNate I have both because when I travel, I don't feel like lugging the full size switch around. The lite is a lot smaller and lighter than the regular switch. Plus it doesn't have rumble or separate controllers to charge so the battery lasts longer. This whole thing is first world problems to be sure, but if I can't transfer the data for the game I just hope I don't have to buy the game twice. Having two islands for the price of one isn't a bad trade off for not being able to transfer islands.
But you still own the game, right? I can't transfer my island, but I will be able to download it on whatever consoles I transfer my account to. So I can have multiple islands going? That...sounds kinda sweet.
I call BS. If they didn't reuse the Pokémon, they dropped the ball on high quality. They are exactly the same animations. CD Project Red is fitting all of the Witcher 3 on a cart, they could put all Pokémon on a cart if they wanted to. Just have a ban list for online play if they are worried about balance.

@Apebitmusic I will definitely check that out. I thought I checked all the options, I must have missed it. Thanks!
