Best Method: 1.) Buy Physical Starlink: Battle for Atlas Starter Pack $74.99 (Physical Game, Collectible Arwing, Fox) 2.) Set everything up, start the game, play the prologue (it wil notice the starter weapons and equip them. Complete the prologue and unattach everything during the intro. 3.) After the intro, you are asked to play physical or digital. Choose Digital. You will start with the Arwing and the starter weapons, plus the Zenith ship and Shredder weapon. 4.) Purchase your choice of digital weapons. (shockwave weapon pack $4.99) (Arwing = best (Zenith as backup)(more ships = waste $))
This “Lobby” system is complete crap! This force feed online garbage! The fighting - when you can actually get there - is glorious. Unfortunately the shove online social interaction down your throat so hard it ruins the game! I have ZERO interest in anything online. ZERO! Just wanted a good fighting game to play with friends locally, or against the computer to burn a few minutes. For some reason they put the social aspect above...everything. Bummer!
