I have problem with server communication error almost every match. It always happen after returning into lobby (right after loading). Not only i lost huge amount of exp and weapon points but on top of that I'm regularly banned for 5-10 minutes because game thinks I'm rage quitter even I won that match. It's nice to be punished for something I can't control. (And yes, my net is ok because I don't have problem with any other online game, only Splatoon 3.) For me it's almost unplayable. Same issue I have in Salmon Run but at least I get exp somehow so it's not that bad, but still annoying.
