GP Legend was alright but it was astonishingly easy. I plowed through expert in one sitting, and there was no master difficulty (the only one in the F-Zero series to not have it). It's also been proven that the AI in GPL are programmed to "wait" for you if you are doing poorly.
MV was far harder to get into compared to GPL but it was a more satisfying experience in the end. It's unfortunate how many people trash this game before realizing its true potential.
