I'm wondering if there really are only 120 shrines. This list seems pretty accurate yet I found a shrine in Akkala on Tingel Island between 3 and 4, under a large plate that requires stasis to move. I haven't had a chance to get all of the others yet, I have about 80, so I'm not 100% sure if maybe one on the list isn't actually present and this was simply missed or not.
