I bought the Mario Kart World Bundle. But as soon as I got the machine set up I also bought Fast Fusion in the eShop. I have played around a bit with both. But so far I gotta say that I like Fast Fusion a bit more. And I like the price of it a LOT more...
I have to say that I will be shocked if something like Warframe isn't available on Switch 2 on launch. And I think it will finally be not just bearable but actually good.
I mean I love the game as much as the next guy. But of the 4 versions I own of it I think the Switch one is probably my least favourite. PC to me is by far the goat both because of modding support, mouse and keyboard and the full flexibility that comes with PC. It's great on my desktop and on my handheld, and the touchscreen on my handheld actually works. Vita actually uses the touchs screen. The great downside here is that since Sony cut support for the Vita, Chucklefish did the same so it's still on 1.1... Then I have my phone... I can literally take it anywhere. Controls are a bit annoying because the fingers actually cover the screen. But at least pressing on the screen works. The Switch to me seems like such a missed opportunity because the game basically seems to have forgotten handheld mode. Not having the touch screen work like a basic simulated mouse is just wrong to me.
I gotta say that this game getting any more than an 8 is laughable. You act like the UI is just a minor nuisance... But entire game systems like the miles system is made into something that is just a waste of time because Nintendo chose to clearly not respect the players' time. Having to spend half an hour to buy bell vouchers one at a time is an unnecessary chore that ANY a low grade unity asset flip can get right. So why can't a major player like Nintendo?
