Anyone else not receiving exp for good friends anymore? The last ten or so notices I’ve had haven’t rewarded any experience at all.

I wonder why people are posting in the comments? Oh well, I added my friend code to the list above. I have three friends, but two are inactive for the most part, and don't seem to know what gifts are for (if they have them, they don't send them).
