In ahort, acquisition isn't that simple. It has to go through severl government offices, and being three nations would be involved, that would be a lot of proverbial red tape. As for games, I haven't tried Grabbed by the Ghoulies yet, I rather enjoyed the Viva Piñata games as well as Kameo and many of the arcade games. The other X360 exclusive games, well let's just say you didn't miss much if you never played them.
@CrazyRiverOtter It depends on the language used. PC Minecraft is written in JAVA, so new coding had to be written for the consoles, as XBOX 360/ONE use a C variant, idk what PS3/4 use, likely also C variant. If Wii U uses something else it could require a new re-write or a simple change of modifier syntax.
How many of you complaining about this know anything about writing code? Having the inventory et al on the gamepad would require new subroutines, which take thousands to millions of lines of code each. It would be a nightmare, and not very cost effective to write the whole game again just for that pad.

Rare Replay would be sweet on Wii U, could really push some sytems, but M$ said it was up to Rare.
