So so excited for Caves of Qud, it’s supposed to have like the deepest systems and emergent gameplay. Just hoping it runs okay on switch 2 as the developers say they haven’t been able to try it due to a lack of devkits.
I found him alright, just too much chatter on the comms during bike travel in an immersion breaking way. Finished the game but the final few hours of crystal grind was very silly!
@Duncanballs oh Fire Red / Leaf Green are excellent Gen1 remakes, and Heart Gold / Soul Silver (gen2 remakes) are considered two of the best entries in the series and are PACKED with content dip that toe you won’t regret it!
@Duncanballs yellow really holds up it’s excellent! Of the kinda older titles, emerald, platinum and black/white are generally considered the strongest. Problem is finding copies if you want to play legit, I managed to pick up a mint DS Lite and copies of platinum and black for about £110. Emerald is significantly harder as it has an internal battery for timed events and they cost a lot, also there’s lots of dupes. Emulation is then likely the most accessible option
My second ever comment (created an account today after lurking for a year), I just wanted to say how much you’ll be missed Felix! All the best with your next adventure we will watch your career with great interest
This is my first comment on NintendoLife after being an account-less lurker for about a year! Came here to say I’m very pleased with cyberpunk on Switch. Performance/graphics leave something to be desired but it’s an incredible port on a handheld!

Happy new year folks! My resolutions are to finish cyberpunk and hollow knight, and play the games I have before buying more!

@ShadLink I enjoyed ZA but putting it only 0.01 behind bananza is an interesting choice to each their own I suppose!
