You are confused Raylax. The Wii U is indeed Current Generation, not prev-gen. That N64 isn't even in any category in this case, it's just a case mod, not an actual released console. With your logic, the 3DS is previous gen, because it's inferior to the PS Vita. Obviously saying that is not true at all, but yeah.

@HugoSmits do you develop your games using homebrew tools or do you now develop with Nintendo's SDK? Just curious.

I'm almost certain the hard drive's data will be viewable rather quickly after launch. Xbox 360's FATX was viewable on PC's I think only 3 months after launch. Also, why would you need 3TB?

Story mode was in GX, not to mention more customization. Also, CanisWolfred, Music that doesn't suck? Tell me you're not talking about GX!

I really did have a good time watching this move. I thought it had a plot on par with the games and did the series justice in the way it looked and sounded. Excellent soundtrack, visuals, plot, and just being true to the games make this one of my favorite animated films.

Uncharted was a nice game from what I've seen, but in terms of actual fun factor and content I would go as far as saying all those 3DS games are better than it.

@IAmNotWill there's so many more innovative games left out of this list. DKCR just felt like a nice looking, but generic platformer that didn't do much different.

I think a user voted list would be better. Like get every game that got a 7/10 from NL and allow users to vote for their top 20 out of those.

Decent list, but come on. New super Mario Bros? Mario Kart Wii? DKC Returns? Those shouldn't even be in the top 20.

They should have made a a more gamer oriented bundle, include Zelda Skyward Sword and Xenoblade Chronicles, black for $149.99. That would sell really well.

The Wii had a decent amount of stuff in 2011. Rune Factory, Conduit 2 (which wasn't poorly received) Moto Heroz, and some other games. Wii Sports Resort was 2009, Pokemon Battle Revolution was the first online game, and Monster Hunter Tri the highlight of 2010? You're kidding right? Not to mention Rhythm Heaven Fever, PokePark 2, Project Zero 2 Wii Edition, Mario Party 9. Some of those might not be great but it's first party support nonetheless.

I'll make sure to grab this. I own it on PC and I liked it from the bit I played of it, but I loved the 3DS version of VVVVVV so I'm definitely getting this. The score though, caught me off guard.

I love this game, City Trial mode is so fun.

@Fureals VC won't work either, the code is still being ran in Wii mode. While using the Pro controller should be possible in theory (There are efforts of using Wii hardware, including Wifi as BBA, for GameCube games running on Wii with hacks) it probably won't be implemented anyway.

@Mr_LzTheBleh you're misinformed. The Wii's hardware is basically a souped up GameCube, and it's been proven by adding the GameCube controller and memory card ports back to the new model. The Wii U, in theory should be able to play GameCube games from a technological standpoint, and the 3DS MIGHT be able to play GBA games if a cartridge slot was present since some DS games require GBA hardware and it's speculated that the ambassador games are not emulated, but actually ran off original hardware on 3DS.

@HarmoKnight what's the problem? Gaming is gaming, regardless of the system you're playing on.

Remember that these sizes are relative to the size of the cartridge itself, so games will probably be smaller than what is said. Mario 3D will be a little more than 300mbs, Mario Kart 7 will be like 700mbs, the others I'm not sure how much the actual data is.

Wish people who bought the DSiWare version got this free.

In the case of pirated content, more than likely it will check the shop account and not what titles are stored on the memory.

I remember seeing this one a long time ago. Looks awesome, will definitely be my next eShop purchase.
