This looks awesome. I was wondering if there is any benefit to collecting gold stars besides bragging rights. It may have been covered in the video and I missed it but I am still curious.
I've been looking forward to this for a while and cannot wait to get started. The one thing that I am not happy about is that I have to use one of the demo codes to play the game to then transfer to the full game so that I can get the exclusive panda outfit. Way to make me take crazy steps Nintendo. And yay for me for being obsessive about collecting virtual stuff to do it.
@HugoSmits I felt that I got my money's worth with the game and I love to support independent publishers when they come out with a great product. If you wanted to do a larger amount of puzzles and charge more for that then I would be fine with that as well.
@HugoSmits It took me a couple of hours to go through it. I hit a good stride solving the puzzles and was a little sad as soon as the last one was done. It left me wanting more, which is a good thing. If the only issue for me is that the game ended then you did fantastic. When I read the other day that #2 was coming out I got super excited. I hope that I didn't offend you by my saying it was too short.
The DS game was fun. This game demo was not. And the Engrish sprinkled throughout was distracting. I am not going to spend $20 for a game that couldn't get the language correct. Seriously, when the 'Red Arert' popped up, that guaranteed I would pass on this title.
I found a copy of this, with box and book, at GameStop not too long ago for $2. Not a bad price for a rather easy game. I will be giving to my son when he gets his 2DS for Christmas.
I'm very glad about this. I have a trip next week and it's frustrating to turn off my 3ds and iPod Nano while enjoying some entertainment while traveling.
I took my kid to Toys R Us yesterday where the Nintendo rep was having a demo day. I let him try out the 2DS and he loved it and did try to walk off with it Glad I preordered it for him for his birthday.
I got to try out the 2DS last week when I met up with a Nintendo rep. It was smaller than I thought it would be. For some reason I pictured it as a large unit - I have no idea why. Anyway it felt great and I preordered one for my 6 year old for Christmas. I'm sure that he will be super happy when he unwraps it on Christmas morning.
I was wondering why I saw zero evidence of the game while at the Nintendo booth at E3. I am quite busy with Animal Crossing and there are other great titles coming soon, so as long as the game is great when it comes out, I don't mind.
This game is my new addiction. I picked it up, along with the guide and also got a eshop card to top off my hubby's account and downloaded it to his 3ds for his birthday.
I've always been a fan of the series and this will be a day 1 download for me. I have found it quite interesting just how varied the reviews have been on this one. I will have to find out for myself
This is the first Nintendo Direct that was actually great! A new Mario Golf (FINALLY) for the 3DS, Animal Crossing has a street date (FINALLY), and a new March of the Minis game. Plus sale eShop games. My birthday came early this year.
Glad to see this got a great review. I am confused about how the game is controlled. We just move the stylus at the touch screen and hope it touches the tile we want up top? I would like to see a video of this since that control scheme doesn't seem to make too much sense to me. Why not have the tiles on the bottom screen as well as the top?
I plan on getting Crashmo and 3D Mahjohngg but I think I will wait until after I upgrade my 3ds to the xl when I get my shiny new pink and white one on the 9th of December.
Merry early Christmas to meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
I picked this up day 1 since I am a fan of the series and for the $20 I paid for it, it is well worth it for fans of the series. I am close to finishing the main set of puzzles and will soon move on to the master set. A definite must buy for the Puzzler fan
I picked up the 3ds version used at GameStop, which was a pleasant surprise since I didn't even know that it was out on the 3ds and I paid less than 20 for it.
I would have given it a 9/10 myself. It's a great game. And using the save states is the best. I've really improved my game by saving before each hole during a tournament, just in case I mess up. Beautiful.
Now Camelot and Nintendo need to come out with Mario Golf 3DS, and it needs to have the RPG-esuqe flavour.

Re: Review: POKER DICE SOLITAIRE FUTURE (Wii U eShop)
Maybe if this was for the 3DS I would get it. Without leaderboards I don't see why I would want this on the Wii U.

The first game was great. My only complaint is that is was too short. This will definitely be a day 1 purchase for me. Keep up the great work Hugo!

Re: Review: Yoshi's New Island (3DS)
This will be one that I will get when it hits the bargain bin.
Re: Review: Orion's Odyssey (DSiWare)

Re: Review: Mahjong 3D - Warriors of the Emperor (3DS eShop)
I went ahead and got it last night. It is a good game but the control scheme is a bit odd to what I'm used to.
