@Doggedfrog : Thanks, I'll have to pick it up sometime soon. While I love carefree and happy games like Mario Kart and Splatoon, I always am looking for games that make you think and ponder on what you just played.
@Doggedfrog : How are you liking Night in the Woods? I've been craving a good story based game but wanted a second opinion. Hope your having a great weekend.
@JasmineDragon : Yes, most definitely. The menus can be very confusing and the map is atrocious at times among many other things. Monolith Soft has at least kept improving on some of these things (very slowly though) like being able to skip the 30+ second blade awakenings, (when you had tons of core crystals watching every single awakening was no fun) so we can always hope they improve on these things. However, I would have rather waited a couple more months for the game for more streamlined systems than the rather messy ones we got.
@JasmineDragon : Yeah, I had to resort to YouTube to figure out exactly what your supposed to do. They at the very least could have let you replay the sections where they teach you everything. Still, once you figure it out, the battling feels so rewarding and the game as a whole is much more enjoyable.
@Krull : Yes, it seems like whenever I tell myself I'm going to go do some story quests I find another random side quest that I "have to do" before I do anything else. Nothing wrong with that, but it seems like whenever I sit down to play, all I do get done are side quests and merc missions. XD. Maybe today I can get something related to the story done. I just made it to chapter 6 and I would say it's my probably third favorite game on Switch so far (only behind Zelda and Odyssey).
My weekend will mostly consist of playing lots of Xenoblade 2 considering I've had it since December and I'm still only 50 hours in. Its a great game (one of my favorites on Switch) but, there are just so many games I want to play and so little time to play them. If I get bored with that I'll probably play some Skyrim or Mario + Rabbids. Have a great gaming filled weekend everyone.
I just love the art direction the developers took with these games. I, however, have never had the chance to play them, so I'd say now is as good of a time as any to jump in.
Looks like a fun game and all, but, not that big of a fan when it comes to the art style. Still, I can see how people could like it. To each their own I guess.

Re: Nintendo Download: 10th May (North America)
I haven't picked up the regular version of Shantae yet so I will probably pick that up digital later down the line.
Other than that Battle Chasers, Immortal Redneck, and Super Chariot all look good.
