Does anyone know what the turn around time is between announcing a physical version of an indie game and actually releasing it? I wonder when I should start looking out for this.
@SLIGEACH_EIRE Agreed. I would've bought this day one if I wasn't knee deep in Skyrim and am trying to hold off on buying new games until I finish what I'm currently playing. I'd have been annoyed if I had. I understand that they're waiting to gauge interest before they commit to physical (by seeing how well the digital version sells), but I imagine that there's other ways to do that before the digital version releases.
Very strange that Metroid isn't here. With all the hype around the new iterations you'd think this would be a perfect chance to let people play Super. And the nes classic had the original. I dnt understand that choice. But otherwise this looks awesome!
@MattFox Agreed. I mostly play on PC but I've always had whatever machine plays Nintendo games as a close second. I have a PS4 for the few exclusives but any game that's multiconsole I always go with the PC version for obvious reasons — but the Switch could be the first console to change that. The ease of portability would make a strong argument. That and the desire to support Nintendo 3rd party releases.

Re: Nintendo Announces Super NES Classic Edition
@OorWullie Oh, crazy! Either I totally missed that in my excitement or they added it since I saw it. Great news! Thanks fur correcting me 😉
