I always await Monday in hopes of a really great Virtual Console release, but most of the time, I get put down because NOTHING good has been released... I don't know whether to give up hoping or not...
how do you unlock the special games "Ring Tournament" section? Anybody know? I try to click on it and the options there, the icon just won't light up or let you select it...

I'll agree with Link79, Yoshi's Island is my top choice. If not that, I'd like to see either Earthbound (which I have never played before), or Donkey Kong 64
I think its stupid that they have an English version already out in the UK and haven't released it in NA yet. Must be some prob with formatting for the NA Wii VC? Who knows. I just hope it comes soon!
I agree with Atlantis1982... Although it won't appeal to EVERYONE, I wouldn't underestimate the power of the Pokemon franchise, and a Gold/Silver remake wouldn't surprise me... Although I'd rather go for a new kick@$$ Wii title!
I spent forever trying to get 100% on this game, and even being an experienced drummer, I couldn't do it. It's very fun to play though, kinda like guitar hero with bongos instead... BONGO HERO!!!
This game is a Mario classic worthy of stardom. The interactive map and all of the little secrets make it into an endlessly fun adventure that can be played again and again and again...
This game is fun, but doesn't have the same feel as it's sequels, Cruis'n World and Cruis'n Exotica. Still, this is a good way to waste some time and enjoyable every once in a while!
The first Paper Mario already exceeded all expectations and was one of the greatest video games ever made, but its sequel for the GCN was even better, if that's possible!
The GameCube version has a sleeker feel to it and better graphics (duh, right?). The thing that really holds fans' attention is the fact that it stays true to the Paper Mario plot. This game has the same basic feel as the first N64 titles, with just as memorable characters, good and evil. The RPG layout is absolutely perfect, and there is comedy and fun every step of the way.
If you're looking for a new game to try out, this is possibly the best title ever made, and let's you continue playing for 100% (filling cookbook, tattle log, etc.) even after you beat the final boss. It's a must have, and this one and its predecessor are definitely more grounded than the newer Wii title, Super Paper Mario. Don't base your idea of the PM franchise off from the Wii game... It doesn't live up to the original two!
This game pushed the limits of its time, and in my book, is one of the best games that has ever been made. The plot, the RPG layout, and the friendly Mario characters bring something special to it that most video games cannot compete with.
I would recommend buying this on VC if you haven't already, you'll enjoy every second of gameplay (well, except for maybe the forest maze...)

Re: White Bear Studios Starts the 3DS Sudoku Ball Rolling
Holy Cow! That's a cool idea. Unfortunately, I think it makes for a horrible game....

Re: Super Mario Kart
@JTCPingas09: Yeah, we all can't wait for the ESRB rating, but at least the OFLC rating's worth something! Even though it's not alot lol
@WolfLink22: There have been many rumors out there that Zelda: Majora's Mask will be the 300th release in the US, however, anything's a possibility!

Re: Mario's Super Picross
I hope this comes to the U.S. soon! Even if the title and selections are still in Japanese, I don't care! Just bring that Picross action!
Re: Mario Clash
I always wondered where the turtle throw mini game came from on WarioWare Inc. Now I know. This game looks really fun, although I've never seen a VB.
Re: Kirby Super Star Ultra
A wonderful rendition of the Super Nintendo classic. Great game!

Re: Crazy Taxi
Not only is the main play fun, but so are the mini game challenges that you can do off to the side. This is a very addictive game!
Re: Super Mario Galaxy
This game is an absolute MUST have for those that enjoyed Super Mario 64 and Sunshine!
