Got Nine Parchments for Switch for my friend and I to co-op. Frozenbyte makes a beautiful looking and engaging game but I just hope they offer more character, UI, and camera features.
One of the most frustrating issues we had with 9P was the fact the camera was awful and we couldn't access late game features unless we opted for a perma death run...which was impossible with the camera.
Bought this on Steam when it first released. Loved it but damn was it tough. For those worried about the roguelike element, it isn't as bad as it seems. I found it felt more like an arcade style game where you had control over a few game elements between lives. Glad to see others will get to enjoy it on Switch!
My friends and I played this for a little while on PC but it wasn't very memorable for us. We really enjoyed the concept and even could stealth a couple of the smaller levels without ever getting caught. It was a rush and fun with 4 dedicated players. However, we quickly found that as soon as we started running with random players, we quickly were finding it impossible to stealth. Lot of missions either turned into failures or smash and grabs. Part of the issue with the randoms is not everyone had a mic or would chat to discuss tactics.
