Re: Zelda: BOTW Sequel Was The "Most Talked About" E3 2021 Game On Twitter

This just shows that there's big disconnect between the gaming media and the people.

We've seen it before when Xenoblade 2 came out and couldn't even win best soundtrack at TGA's when the public was praising it, or how about how 3 Houses got the cold shoulder but won the TGA fan poll?

They'll continue to get it wrong as long as Nintendo is involved.

@BloodNinja

So the Treehouse presenters have to sound a certain way for the game to seem hype?

Bruh, you've been projecting all the way through in your hatred for the %10 percent of Dread that you've seen, but then you're dumping on people that sees it differently, on top of saying it's a "cash grab", which doesn't make much sense.

@westman98

His "cash grab" take doesn't make much sense and he provided the reason why in his own rant (the series hasn't sold very well).

What he has, is a personal problem with a game he's only seen %10 (maybe less) of and it seems like he's annoyed that other people are hyped for it when he's not.

@ProfessorNess

I dunno about that broski.

The consensus around Nintendo's E3 was pretty positive and judging by the Amazon best seller list here in the US, Nintendo games take up 6 slots at #3,8,9,11,13, and 16 (you also don't see a game from the competition until #17) in AmazonUK, Metroid Dread is the first videogame there at #7.

Nintendo seems to be having a great post E3 bump.
