Since when its 2 million for launch a bad number or a low estimate if i recall correctly that´s about the number of ps4 sold on the first month and is always taken to be a good launch if not better, you people really are hoping for too much overproduction.
Nintendo is actually ramping up production because the system is on high demand, that stupid notion of under stoking products started with the wii because of a bad estimate and the console shocking success leading to a serious problem to find the thing, and now every time Nintendo has a successful product that is sold out, everyone puts their thin foil hats and yells "artificially created demand", wake up people the first orders of any product are based on data of similar products, the reason for low stock is that the item in question is selling more than expected, this is nothing more than great news for the system
I´m not to sure about this but don´t the retailers order different numbers of stock from Nintendo, meaning they did not expect to sell to much an ordered small amounts?
