If all the real-world Black Friday sales have left you staring at your bank balance in dismay, never fear! Another important sale is taking place today that doesn't use any of your real money.
We're talking, of course, about the Nook Friday sale currently taking place inside Animal Crossing: New Horizons. As we sneakily discovered ahead of time earlier this month, this special in-game event offers 30% off all items found inside Nook's Cranny for the next few days – perfect for any expensive purchases or for filling up your catalogue.
The event runs from today, 26th November, until 30th November; during this time, all items in Nook's Cranny (as long as you have the upgraded store) will be 30% off including all products displayed at the back, any seasonal items, and even all the tools, wrapping paper and other objects found within the cabinet. It's an ideal time to stock up on anything and everything you might need.
As noted above, you'll need to make sure you have a fully upgraded Nook's Cranny and be playing the game's latest version to take part. You'll know the sale's active thanks to a bunch of 'SALE' stickers plastered all over the shop's window.
Happy shopping!

I will keep time travelling to exploit more items from Nook Shoop with discounted price, ahoy !
That is pretty neat, but sad for anyone who's using the Bell Boom ordinance.
This is so appropriate for the Nooks! But only 30% off?? Cmon Nintendo, loosen up those purse strings a little - it’s not real life! 🙄
@Teksetter If it had been 33% it would've been hilarious
@Clyde_Radcliffe
Totally! You make an excellent point.
Sheesh Nintendo…
This is neat. I remember the original GCN had a Black Friday holiday where Redd came and Tom Nook's store sold packages with gimmicky handheld items like balloons and pinwheels.
While this may not be that, it's neat to have a Black Friday holiday again.
Nook Friday! Haha I love that!
@Anti-Matter hahah
@Anti-Matter making games less fun for you, but you do you dude
@Rachel_NES
But actually it was fun activity for me.
It was like taking opportunity when you given by situation like that.
@Teksetter @Clyde_Radcliffe It's depressing that Nintendo actually has better discounts then the Nooks, as bad as they are...
I know, I know. Those dumb racoons tell me about it over and over and over.
