That's funny, just started watching it yesterday for the first time. (Only saw like 10 random Shippuuden episodes back in the day)
At episode 49 atm, quite enjoyable just way too many recap every episode.

No way, How the hell are they gonna make naruto use a gun? (I mean they have batman so) Still hella Hype tho, Don't play the game, but If I still did, I would throw my Wallet it at.

Maybe he will use a Summoning Jutsu? You can explain it (Or don't) but ether way I hope it doesn't feel to off.

This is exciting, but also I’m getting tired of the crossovers at this point. The game has just become a dump for promotional material!

@Ralizah Naruto was leaked last year in a list of characters that Shueisha owns. It's believed they're giving Epic Games the rights to several anime crossovers from properties they own the rights to. As it turns out, Dragonball was one of those properties.

I just love that these "crossovers" make less and less sense as they are just skins instead o implementing proper animations and models to avoid them using guns...

You know, i don't expect someone to redo all Smash Bros stages so they can implement plenty of Minecraft mechanics into a fighting game...

But for the cost of these skins, it's a pretty shameful display if you ask me...

@Ralizah Came here to say this; I think the natural evolution of an anime collab is having Dragon Ball next; I would love that.

I’m very excited for this, not because I’m a Naruto fan, but because this opens the door for a lot more Japanese content in Fortnite. With both Capcom (Street Fighter & Resident Evil) and Naruto already under their belts, I’m excited to see who they choose next.

(i’m hoping for either a persona 5 collab or a dragon ball collab because i think those would be very funny)

@Hinade They do eventually stop doing that 😂 But yes, I remember in the second season, the recaps took up half of the episode sometimes.

Maybe this will lure me back to Fortnight after they unceremoniously dropped the Save the Word survival mode.

Good, the cartoon styled skins are much easier to pick out at a distance or the dark, much easier to shoot. Hope lots of people get it to use.

Fortnite is grey goo all IPs get absorbed into it no matter what, your franchise isn’t about its characters shooting guns and murdering people? Too bad Tencent bucks say otherwise, there is no escaping the grey goo. Any time you here Epic or anyone else using the word “metaverse” replace it with grey goo because that’s what they actually mean.

@Greatluigi in Boruto: Next Generations the world of Naruto advance quite a lot in technology, but still no guns. But Denki should reveal he's Mecha in upcoming episodes, so who knows maybe it will have guns. xD

@Hinade Trust me if you're going to watch the series find a link to download Naruto Kai. It skips all the filler and just focuses on the main story.

After watching Kai I find it very difficult to go back to the actual series. It also cuts out the thousands of minutes of recapping after ad breaks and the intros.

So uh, I can't be the only one that Naruto and friends when't to boot camp LOL.

The exploding kunai knives are so damn fun. Best collab ever! Just wish they would have added a POI to the map too.

@SViper Nope... but Kakashi and the knives will be on the map til the end of the season so I would expect the skins to be available for a good stretch of time. Also, this season is the last season of this chapter! Expect big changes again in December.

@SViper Nope as in I don’t know for sure how long they will be available. I noted what’s currently in the game as an indicator for what to expect for the duration of availability for the skins. If they are out of the shop within the week, expect them to reappear before or on December 4th (end of season). There will also be Naruto challenges included in the game soon for more Naruto cosmetics.

It’s weird because they’re in their Shippuden clothes but technically there wasn’t a Team 7 by that point.

@nessisonett I'm still hopeful we get Sasuke's outfit from the end of Shippuden as a variant.

@Greatluigi, it's been a long time since I watched Naruto & I never got very far, but I swear I saw a random character (not one of the Ninja) holding a rifle or shotgun (I think it was either some sort of villager or mafia type). Definitely not thinking of the farmer who tried to shoot Radditz in DBZ, either.

Also, Naruto doesn't take place in any "real world" time period. While the world is influenced by traditional Japanese culture, it is a fantasy realm that doesn't even have a "Japan" or any other connections to real Earth.

@BrintaPap Could you find me a photo of this LOL, Because your the 2nd person I've seen who has said this, if there's guns then It would make waay more sense, And because, in all honesty, I need to see this.

Edit: ok I looked at it, it sure does look like a gun, But if that is indeed a gun, (I saw the manga one btw so if you have more photos I would love to see em) My headcanon, Is that because of the powers everyone has, Guns might not even effect them at that point, that or because of jutsu's, Why the hell would you want to use a gun when you could spit fire?
or its just that the world evolved into That, I mean they are ninjas after all, there could be gun users outside of that for all we know.
