Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Version 9.0.0 Arrives Next Week

Good reason to go back into the game and give it another whirl. Should be fun and interesting.

But what are the Zombie and Enderman?
Are they skins, echo characters?
I still don't know...

Sounds good. Despite buying it on the day of its release, I’ve only really got into Smash just recently and think I’d love to pick up all the DLC fighters. Does anyone know if the two packs are separate only, or is there an option to buy both fighter packs together?

Wonder who's gonna get buffed and who's gonna get nerfed. I'm personally happy with how they buffed Dedede last time, but anything more would be the icing on the cake!

@The_Pixel_King At the moment each Fighters Pass is an individual purchase.

@Benjinat they're just skins. It's 3 alts of Steve, 3 alts of Alex, and alt 7 and 8 are ender man and zombie

@The_Pixel_King Not at the moment no. The two fighters pass and piranha plant together all cost around $60, if that helps. It's up to you if it's worth that price.

Yay, I was waiting for a balance adjustment. I wonder what they'll change, haven't been keeping up with the requests recently.

this really sucks for me, I broke my wrist this last Friday and won't be able to play video games for at least a two weeks, might be up to six to seven. really sucks

RPGs and round based strategy Games should work
Broke my Collarbone many Years ago and played Counter Strike, couldn't move my arm, so i put the Mouse on my Flank an played like that.
I wasn't even bad haha
(was the first and only two weeks in my life i've played CS)

i'll be incredibly disappointed if the patch notes don't say "removed herobrine"

I hate knowing that I'm playing the character bc I love Minecraft but I'm gonna get called a tier whore

I still want to try out Banjo Kazooie and Terry, need to get me a fighters pass.

Don’t forget the new music! That’s always the most exciting thing for me when there is new Smash DLC. I always leave the music mode on shuffle when I’m studying

@The_Pixel_King it's definitely pricey as far as dlc goes, but a lot of work has clearly gone into the extra fighters and the base game has so much content that I'd personally say it's worth it.

@Azuris first of all, thanks for the info in games that might work, and second, what do you mean by you put your mouse on your “flank”? That confused me a bit.

@The_Pixel_King It depends on how much you want to play it I think. If you only play it at parties or something, I don't think It really is needed, unless you really like the characters. But if you're going to play even semi-seriously, like you're in a group or something or just like to play online, I think you should buy it. Even then, purchasing the fighters pass will only shave off a few dollars anyways, if you want to then you could just sprinkle $5 for each character across the year or something. Piranha plant is sold separately from the fighters pass anyways.

@Bubboi I think he/she means on your literal flank, putting the mouse next to your hip so you don't stretch your arm like you usually do. Sorry to hear about that though, hope you get better.

I've ment Thigh.
So my Arm could rest, because i couldn't hold it up, but my Hand was able to move the Mouse around on my Thigh.
The Mouse had still a Ball in it back than :>...

@Azuris just a misunderstanding, thanks for the suggestion. However, I am in a sling and a splint and it’s on my left hand/arm and I use that arm for WASD and my right (dominant) hand for mouse so that won’t work for me. ( I also don’t have a computer if my own yet and the one I have access to isn’t the best (it’s kinda bad) so it dousing really matter). I am having surgery tomorrow so hopefully after that I can use a controller (and hopefully a keyboard and mouse) more easily. Thanks for the help tho, really appreciate it.

Absolutely going to give Steve a go and see what I think but, honestly, the thing I am most excited for is the possibility of Ridley buffs.

Ridley could really use some nice tasty buffs.

My hope for this update is that they add in the ability to fight against CPU's in Battle Arenas in a 2v2 match, like you could in Smash Wii U's Online when you created a Room, but that probably won't happen (yet) since it hasn't happened so far.
