Prolific modder Waikuteru – the same person who gave us Skyward Sword's Sandship Dungeon and a Mario Kart course in Breath of the Wild – is back with yet another amazing mod which marks the first time that a Custom Dungeon has been made available for the Nintendo Switch version of the game (on a modded console, of course).
The modder has created a version of the "Skyview Temple" from Skyward Sword which works on both the Wii U and Switch versions of BotW, as well as in emulators such as Cemu, yuzu and Ryujinx. The footage above shows the game running in Cemu at 4K, 60fps. The mod also features custom background and battle music in shrines, as well as HD textures.
If you don't mind getting your hands dirty when it comes to modding games, you'll be able to get your hands on this new custom dungeon from September 22nd, 2020 (it's currently only available to Waikuteru's Patreon supporters).

It's an impressive mod, looks a little flat though. Could have polished the temple up instead of just copying and pasting the model from Skyward Sword.
-the Beetle was this dungeon's item right? That would have been cool in Breath of the Wild...

This is definitely a gray area they may want to avoid especially with Nintendo coming down hard on sites in the last few years.
Instead of seeing this as a good thing Nintendo is going to lose it over this instead.

Just starting a Wii U emulator would set my aging PC on fire. That poor thing couldn't possibly run a recent game.
I've always been intrigued by amateur Zelda games since I am always craving more Zelda, however every single one I tried suck compared to the real thing and lacked Nintendo's magic.
I wish this was real because that's one of my favorite temples in Skyward Sword. Oh why can SS be on switch...it will look more beautiful than BOTW.
