There's basically no excuse to not have Mario + Rabbids at this point. That game has been on discount constantly.
I want Assassin's Creed Rebel, but 20%, no thanks. I never buy a Ubisoft game unless it's 50% or more off.
Starlink, Mario Rabbids and Rayman are all good games. Nice deals for people who don't have these games yet
Mario Rabbids is one of the very best Switch games and that is an amazing price for it
@WaffleKnight
Yeah, but I don't want it.
Rabbids, Rayman and Fractured But Whole are some of the Switch's finest 3rd party offerings.
Good just in time for the exact same discounts ending on several of these products. Act now before they get discounted to the same price again.
Going to wait and get Rebel I think at some point, but I have time with my backlog to wait for it to go down much more. I've still never played black flag, and I think I will enjoy it.
In NA, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune are also on sale.
Has anyone played the Switch version of Wheel? Is it worth getting? I am tempted to get it, but technically I can play my DS version.
Those are some killer deals.
I already have:
Trials Rising 150+ hours(LOVE IT)(I've ridden ramp since 10, rode MTB trials for a few years. This is the best physics based bike game I've ever played. It's not a cheap or crappy mobile endless runner.)
Mario+Rabbids -completed (LOVE IT)(and I don't even like turn based games)
Starlink (didn't like)
Fractured But Whole (it is funny, but I stopped playing it after 8 hours. I dont like turn based games. Rabbids is the only turn-based game I've ever liked)
Wheel of Fortune (ok, but clunky interface, in my opinion. Not a fan of the avatars. The Jakks Plug-n-play Wheel of Fortune was so great, simple, and snappy, that it spoiled me.)
Huh! Might pick uo a few of the ones that don't have boxed releases.
If anyone, for some reason, still hasn’t picked up Mario + Rabbids... please do it. It’s an awesome strategy game, really hoping for a sequel or spiritual successor. Rayman Legends is also incredible.
I’m debating on snagging Sports Party given it’s only $5. It doesn’t look incredible or anything but for less than the price of a takeout lunch it could be a decent Wii Sports replacement for the time being. We shall see.
Trials Rising is terrific. I bought the gold edition on PS4 and completed it. Avoided getting it on Switch due to controls and graphics being inferior. However, I ended up double dipping on the Gold Edition for Switch just so I could play it handheld. Well worth it... the game looks amazing on my Switch Lite and is a complete joy to play even without analog control.
I tried to get into Mario + Rabbids, I just got fed up with the constant glitches and crashes that made me restart the whole level again. I still own it digitally so maybe I'll try it again at some point, but not anytime soon...
Really pleased to see another sale, though I already have everything I want so no purchases for me this time.
I seem to be the only person who couldn't get into Rabbids - I got stuck and couldn't grind to level up or "get good."
My bad and my loss I guess.
I decided to grab Rayman Legends, I miss the game (mainly those music levels, lol) and it's only $10 now so why not? lol
if only noa got sales so often like noe does then again I only really waiting for the last remnant to go on sale. and civ 6 dlc to become reasonably priced.
I have Rayman Legends on Wii U but for some reason always get tempted to double dip for the Switch version at this price. Shame DKC Tropical Freeze never comes down in price.
@Joeynator3000 Rabbids is one of the few games I’ve finished, and never had a single crash or glitch (that I noticed). The battles are awesome; I just wished I could skip all the wandering between levels
Trials Rising looks fun...I'm sold
@Bondi_Surfer Weird, I was getting constant glitches, some of them preventing me from progressing and causing me to restart the entire level. Crashes were somewhat less common, but were also annoying. :c
@Joeynator3000 I also didn't had any glitches... I already have all Ubisoft games I was interested in. But I was wondering why Ubisoft isn't bringing any other games to switch. It's been a while. Only two pretty old AC games
Some great deals here. Rabbids, south park, valiant heart, child of light. Some amazing games
@Joeynator3000 I’ve had one glitch that loaded the area wrong so that I couldn’t progress. I spent a few hours wandering about then gave in. Thankfully I went back to it the next day, it loaded properly and the exit was obvious. Apart from that the game has been great. Highly recommend it. The script is hilarious.
If anyone only has £7.49 may I make a suggestion. Rayman is better than Monopoly.
I know it’s hard to believe that one of the best platformers ever made is better than one of the worst board games ever made, but they’re being billed at the same price so felt it was worth mentioning.
@wazlon has it been 75% before?
I want AC Rebel Collection on handheld (Wii U gamepad doesn't count), but I'll wait for a sale that's more like that of AC 3.
Mario and Rabbids was an amazing surprise, and Rayman truly IS legendary (still have the Wii U version). There's definitely more great games on the list, like the South Park ones (but I think the European version of Stick of Truth still is heavily censored...) and Child of Light. And I have the "Starfox" game but somehow haven't started it yet (probably due to the toys, the uncertainty surrounding what version to get at launch so avoiding it until it was very cheap, and the 6Gb download required even when I have it physically... Yeah, a lot went wrong there)
@WaffleKnight I am Italian and since it has been developed in Milan (Italy) and I love strategic games I decided to buy it and give it a go. Then I found out that it sucked real bad. Definitely the worst retail switch game I have ever bought.
@KitsuneNight it’s overrated anyway, style over substance.
@mesome713 It's actually a far superior port than the AC: 3 crap they released earlier, and actually looks/runs very well on Switch. Your loss.
@Hoho
I just don't like the rabbids.
I got monopoly a few weeks ago and I really don't like it. Each turn takes too long. It was too slow for me...I got bored really fast.
@KoopaTheQuick i absolutely can't stand the Rabbids ... they are just as bad or worse than Minions ... don't hate, that's just my opinion. Lol
@KoopaTheQuick No, I hate the Rabbids too. I bought the game because of the gameplay but I can't stand looking at those annoying Rabbid characters...
@Woomy_NNYes Agree on pretty much everything. I didn't like Starlink either, sold it after a few hours of playing.
@mesome713 I just bought it the other day at full price. Still worth it. You get black flag. Freedom cry. Aveline. Rogue and all its dlc as well. If it sells well they may bring assassin's Creed 5 to the switch.
@wisdomsprince I'm not sure if Rayman Legends has been this price before but it's on offer regularly.
They say that Hungry Shark World is discounted, even on Nintendo News, but when you go to the eShop it's still listed at full price. I don't know what the hell Ubisoft is playing at. They even have the game in the artwork for their big sale yet no discount.
Enjoying Trials Rising, thanks for the recommendation as it’s a lot of fun and well worth the discount price.
