The release date for the third season of Netflix's Castlevania animated series has finally been revealed.
After a false call by Netflix Nordic in November – claiming it would be out by 1st December 2019, the new season will officially go live on the digital streaming service next month, on 5th March. Here's what you can expect:

The third season will reportedly be the biggest one yet, with a total of 10 episodes. Season two was eight episodes long, and season one only had four parts.
This announcement follows on from a teaser image of the third series posted on the official Twitter Castlevania page – featuring Carmilla alongside some new faces. The latest artwork (above) also features a number of new and old faces including Trevor Belmont, Alucard and Sypha Belnades.

I cancelled my Netflix some months back, but since then we've gotten at least one new season of Stranger Things and The Expanse, and now another season of Castlevania is coming out. Perhaps I should reactivate my account. I wonder if I still can.

@Heavyarms55 Sounds like a grey area. As long as you don't try to pay with the cards, it's just false information and Netflix would close the account after. Though, coming to think of it with multiple emails getting multiple free months it probably is.
@Heavyarms55 Netflix also added a bunch of Ghibli films if you haven't seen them all and some new Anime... Don't watch Deadman Wonderland if you don't want to see weird stuff with tons of swearing and gore.
Aside from a slight pacing issue in season 2, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Interested to see what they do with the 3rd season story wise. Glad to hear we've not got too long to wait now ^_^

The background art in this was amazing, but they need to up the quality of the actual characters.

Shame this couldn't come out on Halloween last year, but 'part from that, another season of this show is nothing to sneeze at.
@FullMetalWesker Well actually I don't know if it's still on there or not. It's been months since I checked. I haven't really bothered with the TV show since I picked up the books, which I consider far better.
