Monster Hunter XX Switch Ver. Special Pack Sells Out In 100 Minutes

To be honest, the dock looks awesome and it's great value, I'm not so surprised it sold out so fast.

Nobody's surprised by that, or at least they shouldn't be. The bundle reminds me of the Wind Waker Wii U bundle. It's minimalist and it's the reverse. Instead of the MH design being on the controller, it's on the dock instead.

That being said, despite not being surprising, it's good to see these headlines. I'm excited to see how the Switch sales are boosted once this comes out.

Well I'm surprised; I expected it to sell out in less than an hour.

Unless Nintendo allocated a hefty production run.

Actually this is the first I saw of this pack but must say it looks nice.

Whilst unlikely, I wonder if Nintendo would ever consider selling specially designed docks on their own?

I'd love to get that MH Switch. There's only a design on the dock though, right? Don't think I could justify buying a whole new Switch just yet, but if they sold just the dock then I might be interested.

I really, really, REALLY hope they announce Double X for the west during E3's presentation. That'd make the whole show for me.

Just give me a simultaneous release and I'll buy anything that includes a Monster Hunter game.

Now for that Western localization announcement. (of at least the game, hell I'd MH with such a dock in a heartbeat)

Capcom shortening "version" to "ver." annoys me. It looks so ugly!

Well, Capcom can probably squeeze another million-or-so sales out of this one. Can't say I'm particularly enamoured by the dock design, all that grey-scale is a tad boring TBH. I would have much preferred something with a little more colour...

I'd though it would sell out before the hour was up, they must have had a big stock available.
Now, let's hope they announce something soon in the west.

I still have yet to get a switch as there isn't enough games that interest me to justify getting one just yet (this happened to me when I got the Wii U) but seeing a cool limited edition switch like this would get me to buy one regardless of the games there are.

I have my Switch, I don't need another one. But apparently Japan is getting a MH XX Limited Edition pack of the game with artbook, CD, and a carrying case. Hope that makes its way West if/when the game is announced for North America.

It took as long as 100 minutes to sell out? There's your proof right there. The naysayers in here were right. The Switch has started its decline.

I had gotten burnt out with the series but I wouldn't mind jumping back in with this release.

Meanwhile, I will pretend to be surprised that it sold out so quick.
