Ever since The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, many of Zelda games have had some sort of time traveling element to them, be it by a dungeon or an item or a plot point. The jury's still out on how time will be involved in the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but there's a good chance that it'll play some sort of role. In order to help you count down the time until release easier, game publisher, Taito, is releasing two officially licensed Breath of the Wild pocketwatches.
These watches cost $20.90 apiece (roughly £17), and are about three inches in diameter. One has a blue face with Link's face behind it, and one has a black face with golden symbols of the spiritual stones. They ship out in April, which might or might not be in time with the game's release; if you're interested in picking one up, you can order one here.
What do you think? Will you pick one of these up? Do you think they'll be available before Breath of the Wild? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

Ocarina of Time Pieces!
They look awesome!
If only I had room in my pockets, currently reserved for the Switch, I'm going to need deeper pockets.
I'm still waiting on the Super Mario fedora and Metroid vape.
No pocket watch modeled after Clock Town's tower? It's not illogical since they're using the Door of Time design from Skyward Sword.
These are cool, but I don't know...would probably have been better to wait until the game is out and model them on the game a lot more. They aren't really BotW related except for the piece of official art in the blue one...which isn't amazing if you ask me. They're cool but it does seem like they've slapped BotW on these for the sake of it rather than putting any real effort into making them game related.
Stock will be abundant. I guarantee that.
@Niinbendo wasn't it called the legend of Zelda watch and game when it was on a watch?
Edit: no, it was not.
Plot twist: these are two new amiibo
These timepieces leave me breathless...
I would need to see how great the actual material and finitions look before buying.
That means I would need to see those pop up in the real world, for sale, with stock.
I mean... a 20 bucks watch ? That's less than the Yo-Kai Watch toy.
Ooh...Blue Link Pocketwatch.
$22 to post to Ireland? 'eh, no thanks.
Oh wow, I need the one on the right. Very pretty.
I have three of the oot pocket watches from my childhood. I'll likely pick these up to continue the trend.
Just to point out... only the blue one is for BotW... the black one is a door of time from Skyward Sword.
And want
Both look very nice indeed!!
Furthest right looks exquisite.
@neufel @Tsurii Yeah, at that price it can look pretty, but feel cheap. I wish it had a watch brand behind it.
Nice!
