Update:
Now there's a localised version of the trailer, below:
Original Article:
Zero Time Dilemma is one of our most anticipated 3DS games this year, arriving on 3DS in North America and Europe on 28th June; the third volume of the 'Zero Escape' series promises to clarify and explain story aspects from its brilliant predecessors 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors and Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward.
It's shaping up to be an intense game, too, earning it the CERO Z (adults-only) rating in Japan - it'll pull no punches in its scenes or storyline.
A new trailer has now been released to showcase the cast with a number of familiar figures. As this is a mature game the trailer has a little gore, so bear that in mind, and it's in Japanese (unsurprisingly). Footage is also clearly from the Vita version, though is broadly representative of what we can expect (albeit in a lower resolution) on 3DS.
Are you happy with the cast and how this is shaping up? Let us know.

I'm still getting use to the cast in Virtue's. I really need to beat that game now.
Glad I preordered the Vita version. It looks great. I wonder if the UI has been designed with the Vita in mind as well this time?
I still need to play VLR before getting this game. The only cast member I remember from this trailer is Junpei since he is in the first game.
Oh. Snap. June 30th please hurry up!
Japan, you crazy!
Looks like this time, the connection to previous one will be Phi.
I only hope it will be more like VLR than 999. 999 sucked with replaying the entire game over and over again.
I have no idea whats going on but i need to have it.
Looking at the comments on Youtube for this video, the game is actually rated "Cero D" and not "Z" which you can see at the bottom right corner at the end. I'm really excited for this game and it's one of only a few retail 3ds games I'll be getting this year!
Just finished all the stuff for VLR last night, can't wait for this game. Sigma, Phi, Junpei and Akane!? Totally stoked ^^
It's getting closer people omg. Heeelllpp
@Dave24 @abbyhitter The returning cast from 999 (and VLR) is Junpei (player character) and Akane (June), the returning cast from VLR is Sigma (player character), Phi, and I suspect Q (Quark?). Carlos, Mira, Eric and Diana are new to ZTD. Not sure how I feel about the new Zero, it will be hard to beat classic gas mask Zero from 999 and Zero III from VLR.
Punny buns are the best.. Also if they skimp out on the Funyarinpa this time I'm going to write a mildly disappointed letter to my neighbor expressing my distaste for such a poor decision. Hopefully Clover makes an appearance somewhere in the game, it would be very cool to see returning cast from either game to be honest. Except Dio, he can stay dead on the moon or whatever. TT_TT Luna...
Golly-gosh! This game is so much dark then the other two! Too bad the English dub is not to my tastes, but on we'll beat reading.
@AishiVeen - your use of profanity is contrary to the Community Rules. Please refrain in future. Thanks muchly
finally got to watch this trailer. still chipping away at vlr, but i'm trying to finish. i'm excited, not often a game messes with my head as much as vlr has!
