Monster Hunter X Japanese Release Date Revealed, Monster Hunter Stories Playable At TGS 2015

What's that coming over the hill?

Capcom has confirmed that Monster Hunter X will launch in Japan on November 28th.

The next instalment in the company's best-selling franchise, Monster Hunter X - or Monster Hunter Cross if you prefer - will feature plenty of new content for fans to sink their teeth into.

It's going to cost 5,800 Yen in its physical form and 5,546 Yen for the digital download. As you might expect, Capcom is working with Nintendo on a New 3DS XL bundle which will contain a copy of the title as well as a console boasting a unique design inspired by the game.

Capcom has also confirmed that Monster Hunter Stories will be playable at this year's Tokyo Game Show, which takes place between September 17th and September 21st.

and capcom continues to say nothing about a western release. Of course it wouldn't be capcom otherwise; no news on Great Ace Attorney either.

Surely they would be silly not to release in the west as they had very good sales with mh4u. I for one will welcome it with open arms and look forward to a 2016 release! Fingers crossed.

This one needs to be on Wii U like 3U was. I miss playing on my TV with voice chat. Skype and staring at my large but still tiny "new" XL screen is a buzz kill. That little circle pad isnt my favorite thing in whole world either.

@VR32F1END As much as I'd love a Wii U Monster Hunter game we are never getting one. Blame the poor reception of the Wii U at launch for that. And the developers WANT to make 3ds games instead of console games. So we are out of luck.

Maybe a NX launch title, Whatever console has MH that will be the console I will be buying and playing. Wiiu title would be nice but will never happen

I still need to hurry up and finish off MH3U, then play MH4U before this is released in Europe. I'm very slow at completing games, so I'll likely still be playing MH4U when they announce the next game.
