This is the only game I'm going to buy for a while, definately. That and Sin and Punishment 2.
I'm on this game so fast it's not going to be funny. Wow is about all I can say after watching this video. Actually I used more profanity, but for the kid's sake, I'll leave that part out.
17 varieties of awesome packed into that trailer! This is gonna pwn!
I'm really looking forward to this game. Can't wait.
Wow that looks amazing!
Why does the male character look so creepy?
This game is making my inner Samurai Shodown-loving-12-year-old tingle. I'm not into the extras, and generally dislike anime junk, but the game looks like quality fun.
Each new bit of footage on this makes me wet another pair of drawers. Anyone still trying to argue some nonsense about "video games are not art" can't say much about games like this one.
Actually it reminds me a little of the original arcade Strider game which no-one ever properly ported to a console, and I never understood why. (I guess the Genesis one was ok but probably just tough to do at the time). It's been a while since I've seen a classic arcade model like this that's pure action + beautiful artistry for a fast, short exhilarating experience.
This is a classic model that makes video games stand out on their own as an art form in a way that doesn't try to mimic cinema. I thought that fast action side scrolling adventure had died off with arcades, I hope this does well enough to encourage more like it.
So very beautiful...That's it, no more waffling, I'm getting this game the day it comes out. No excuses! I wanna kill myself a giant Japanese dragon god thing with a katana.
Must. Buy.
I preodered this one today for $0 at Gamestop, your going to ask me, $0? The employee made a mistake and gave me the $5 I just gave him, but it says I still paid, so I'm not complaining. The wall scroll is mine
this looks beautiful im going to have a long list of games to get when i get a wii
shhh.... just emotions.... no words....
Wow first time seeing it now and it is suuuperb, graphics, combos, everything, now hope for co-op lol wishful thinking. Will probably pick this gem up.
On a more gruesome note, can u imagine how graphic this game would be if there was blood in it. Geez with all those 60+ hit combos this would be like a 2D madworld gone mad.
I.Must.Have.It.
bad.... ass.
it looks like viewtiful joe but more awesome
Absolutely epic. Cannot wait to get this game and its lovely pre-order art scroll bonus at Gamestop in just a couple weeks. Definitely looks to be every bit as wondrous a game as it has since I saw the very first couple screenshots.
Please, please, please, please make this game sell well
@cheese a new viewtiful joe would be sweet too you know
