So basically Return to Dreamland was like Star Allies without ability to making the enemies become your ally ?
I'd ask Nintendo why this game is $60, but Nintendo hasn't replied to my emails yet. Maybe I should start using ransom mail.
@Anti-Matter No. Star Allies is Return to Dreamland but more barebones and less exciting and with the ability to make your allies. Except Star Allies is more comparable to Triple Deluxe but whatevez.
Never pre-order anything, especially online. In my experiences, actually going to the shop is cheaper than online prices. I've saved so much going into Smyths or Argos. Last physical game I got was Pokemon Pearl and I paid £29 in Smyths instead of the £39 they charged online. Shops are usually always having deals. Got a PS5 controller in Smyths for £45 too.
No rush to pre-order this one, it'll be a major release and it comes February.
Nintendo UK Store often likes to add bonus items closer to the release date, I'll wait to see if the items are worth it, or if I should order it cheaper elsewhere.
I feel like Nintendo and HAL could remaster these older titles more often, thus making room for more games like Forgotten Land.

I have finished Star Allies on Switch and it was okay for me. I think I like the ability making friends in Star Allies as I need some NPC to help me in boss battles.
I have no idea about bare bones in Kirby games as I have never played Kirby games before.
The original is one of my all-time favourite Kirby games, am SO excited for this!
It is almost a given we have a new version of a Kirby classic on handhelds (Nightmare in Dream Land/Adventure on the GBA, Super Star Ultra on the DS and Extra Epic Yarn on the 3DS).
I'm glad Return to Dream Land is the classic game getting a new version on Switch.
Return to Dreamland has some of the best music, platforming, and puzzles in the series. It's personally my favorite Kirby game. The multiplayer is better programed over Star Allies, despite coming out 7 years prior. Also, there are a bunch of awesome side games and content.
It is hard to argue the value at $60 as this seems to be simply a Wii port with a few new mini games, however, I'm not sure what the full package entails. I do wonder if it will contain any of the 20th anniversary package special levels and a games museum of older titles (like Dreamland 1-3, Adventure, SuperStar, and 64).
$60 definitely seems too pricey for this. I'll pass

I'll be skipping this one, I already purchased Octopath Traveler 2 this week
I just bought it digitally. I have a few physical games I forgot to redeem gold points on, so I did that and then used them for a small discount. Instead of paying $92 with Nova Scotia's 15% GST at the store, I paid $69 with Alberta's 5% GST and $13 gold points discount on the eShop!
The epilogue is tempting, but with no online for the mini games, it's still a lot of money for a short game, with extra Magolor stuff reportedly giving just a couple of extra hours.
Might wait and see how other voucher games turn out.
This is easily my favorite Kirby game and we'll worth the $60 to me (or 50 with the game coupon).
Remaster or not, it's just a great game. I don't know any other media where age is expected to lower the price. Most odd.

Nintendo Life never mentions Argos in the UK. As expected, £39.99 and in stock.
They tend to be my go to for new releases as they are often at this price point. They normally advertise at £49.99 up to release and drop on the release day.
