Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker - Pop-Up Prairie Town Gems, Extra Challenge, And Pixel Toad Locations
Pop-Up Prairie Town - First Gem
Pull up the lever and the hut will rise. Drop back down and you'll find the gem inside the hut.
Pop-Up Prairie Town - Second Gem
Progress through the level until you reach the two platforms with levers on them. Press the rightmost lever to move the platform, then drop down onto the moving platform and let it carry you to the second gem.
Pop-Up Prairie Town - Third Gem
Pull up the leftmost platform and drop into the hut. Climb down the stairs and the final gem is at the bottom.
Pop-Up Prairie Town - Extra Challenge: Get The 1-Up Mushroom
Visit the blue toad who will give you the 1-Up Mushroom.
Pop-Up Prairie Town - Pixel Toad
Pixel Toad is hiding behind the poster next to the blue toad.

Mmmm... spoiler? I don’t like guides that ruin the fun, even if you are desperate. I’ve been there.
I have a feeling this will be very helpful for for those 2 or 3 items I go crazy trying to figure out how to get.
