As well as playing nearly all games for the original console, the next Nintendo system will have its own tailor-made Switch 2 games you can't can't play anywhere else, alongside all the multiplatform releases and ports.
So, in order to both guide you and to stoke the internal hype fires even further (as if that were possible), we've put together this handy quick list of all Switch 2-exclusive games that have been announced thus far.
And beneath the list, you'll find some extra details for all the ones announced prior to launch, too. Let's go!
Every video game release exclusive to the Nintendo Switch 2 - Full List
Here's a list of every Switch 2 exclusive, by order of release:

2026 / FromSoftware - Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave (Switch 2)
2026 / Nintendo / Intelligent Systems
Looking for a little more info, some trailers and the like for some of the unreleased ones? We're happy to oblige.
The Duskbloods (TBC 2026)
FromSoftware dropping what looked like Bloodborne 2 for a second, and a Switch 2 exclusive no less? Did anyone else almost faint?
The Duskbloods is a PvPvE game from the creators of the Soulslike genre, and even though the idea of multiplayer does put us off a little - we are gonna put our trust in the team, we know they can create magic, come up with unique new mechanics, and utilise online aspects in very clever ways...so we are psyched.
And what a boon for the console, to have such a prestige and "grown-up" exclusive to add to its lineup almost straight away.
Splatoon Raiders (TBC)
Of course Splatoon is coming to Switch 2, but it's coming with a big twist. Splatoon Raiders looks to be a more single-player-focused entry as opposed to the usual multiplayer madness that we're used to.
We know virtually nothing about this one — the trailer was randomly dropped on Nintendo Today! one afternoon — but we do know that we'll be playing as the 'Mechanic' and teaming up with Splatoon 3's Deep Cut. More should be coming soon, whenever that is, so keep your eyes peeled.

"Astro Bot-styled approach" – sounds good! The free/pack-in PS5 demo game was great (and a nice return to quality pack-in games), and the full blown Astro Bot (2024) is worth the price. I wish the Switch 2 demo game came with the system though. Nintendo Land was a great Wii U demo that would have been a perfect pack-in game.
