Plenty of mistakes to learn from
Although The Conduit had a lot of hype to live up to, it proved to be a pretty solid first-person shooter despite its flaws. Empty pram – toys everywhere
Conduit 2 received some pretty unfavourable review scores, including a 5/10 in our own Conduit 2 review, but Joystiq was especially venomous, their reviewer T. Michael Murdock giving the game a 1/5 score. High Voltage's response will shock you. The studio has admitted it advised staff to write reader reviews of...

It's a shame that Conduit 2 from High Voltage Software has been plagued by several delays, but if in-game improvements come as a result, then it's probably worth it. Sweet! I never played the original because of the glitches, but hopefully they'll fix those this time around. :3
wow... i joined this site just to post this comment... i guess i'll stick around... XD this game's gonna be awesome... and i liked the glitches in the first one, they made the game fun, and i laughed at every rediculas weapon combo that accually worked!
yeah,i signed up too just to comment on how amazingly the first game was...but after a while the number of hackers was rising and the number of glitchers(which i epicly owned with my skills).still,i bet the second game will glue you to your couch, just be careful not to have a heart attack...my sister freaked out on this game...she still playin too...XD
Hey the first one is a good FPS, I'm excited for this one. I expect it to be better than Goldeneye Wii.
A head set for my Wii...FINALLY!
Thank you HVS!
Also, those latest pictures are looking SWEET!!!
Best sequal evaaar
man i was looking forward to this game but they delayed it until 2011 but the good news is that there is going to be a control setting for the classic controller pro! I can't wait
HAHA! about damn time, eh? The first one was great(up until someone discovered the damn weapon swap glitch... completely ruined multiplayer.) Can't wait for this one. Looks like they've made some good improvements.
This game looks incredible! Im not one who usually looks forward to a Wii shooter, but I cant help but love what I see in Conduit 2. The graphics look great, and all the features are just what Wii needed, Including Classic Controller (Pro) compatability, tons of customization, and Co-op modes (4 player wifi I read) will make this a Must Have title for the Wii!!
Looking forward to this game, but I hope the Grinder comes out eventually. If not the Wii, on the 3DS or Wii's Successor.
I'm really going to enjoy this game, I think.
I liked TCon 1, and the multiplayer was fine (without hackers) and the campaign was pretty cool.
Confirmed dates are 18th of march for Europe and 17th for Australia
What shall I do? Shall i import the USA version or wait for the EU version where posiblity will sproken English and in the USA to... I think I import the USA version, what shall you do?
CONDUIT 2!! I hate that they keep delaying it though....JUST GIMME THE GAME ALREADY!!
Martijzzz, you should wait for the EU version it would be only a few days after US.
i have never played conduit i wonder if its a good game
@16 ehh, black ops and golden eye for wii are the best FPSs by far! the conduit's controls were horrible, the cross-hair was slower than your hand speed (it got to the area i pointed at like .5 sec later) and didnt offer that much customization (not the ones that mattered most anyway) i hope they improve a lot in conduit 2
@KiroX777 thats bull (other than it wasn't as good as 007 or ops) Conduit was one of the first highly respected wii shooters
Just wondering if you guys will be getting this game early for review? Should I expect a review the weekend before the launch or the week of?
it's now coming out on the 21/04/11 - As you may already be aware, the UK release date for The Conduit 2 has changed to 21-Apr-2011
this is 10x better than the original, the person who reviewed this game doesn't know what a good fps is, don't listen to him.
what happens to this game in split screen? I brought my wii over to my friend's place so he could try it and it was horrible. all detail was gone, or what little there was in the first place, It made us want to jump into a gamecube game. that'll teach me to be lazy a not bring to component cables, those seem to help some when I try split screen at home.
Yay I liked the first Conduit and I play it often, and I played this one and it feels and plays really great and better than the first. I'll be picking this game up for sure, I love this series! It's basicly Halo for Wii
