Review Super Return of the Jedi (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
The Emperor has been expecting you
The third and final game in the Super Star Wars series promises more of the same great experience offered as its two forerunners, but did LucasArts give us a conclusion worthy of the series or just a clichéd third act with some kid-friendly Ewoks thrown in? Like the previous two outings, Super Return of the Jedi...

Spoilers contained within, young Jedi...
Star Wars has a long and proud history in the realm of video games (as well as a few bum notes), but one of the most memorable interactive adaptations has to be the excellent trilogy of titles on the SNES. We'd dearly love to see some of the modern movies recreated in this 16-bit style on Switch, but that's...

This was the only one of the trilogy that I owned back on the SNES. The title screen sent shivers down my spine when I first heard a Star Wars music coming from the SNES. Tough game, I never made it past the Ewok village.
I owned this on the game boy. Great game on the game boy. I can only imagine how good it was on the Super NES. I can't wait to download it when it comes out!
This game is awesome. I used to own all 3 for the SNes!
This is the only one of the trilogy I never got to play back in the day. I guess now I'll finally know how the story ends!
@ fco: The games are somewhat different from the original SW trilogy. Certain things don't make sense when you compare the games to the movies. For instance, Luke learns the Jedi (Double) Jump from Yoda in Empire. But for gameplay mechanics, Luke can perform said feat in SSW.
This is the only one of the three i beat as a kid. I never played ESB till it came out a few weeks ago and i think ESB is impossible.. But my friends say this one is the hardest one so idk
RotJ is the easiest, at least I think so
