News OFLC Update: Two More Imports
It's been quite a while since the last OFLC update, but today they've finally revealed some new VC games again! Both of them are imports, which might mean that another Hanabi Festival for Europe is not too far away.
Bomberman '94 is the sequel to Bomberman '93. If you're familiar with Mega Bomberman for the Mega Drive, this is the same game,...

Hope this leads to the Snes titles release
Great! I hope this means we get more Twinbee games in the future. Always wanted to try the games out.
One step closer to Parodius!
Yay! I can't wait for this!
One step closer to Pop 'n' Twinbee and Rainbow Bell Adventures.
Yeah, this one looks a little simple but if I don't pick em up for the modded snes I'm getting I'll definately consider them for the VC. Would prefer full optimisation though so in a way its a pity the snes titles won't come via Hanabi but the regular slower PAL versions (akbeit with border reduction).
O yeah, I used be pretty negative about the Twinbee series, but since I played it for a longer period of time on the PSP I gotta say it has grown on me a lot. Hopefully we'll also see the SNES iterations being released on the VC.
WOW, this is awesome
i know this game, i played it so much, while i'm not really at shooters
1 of the few shooters i do like
so funny to play with 2, then touch each other and shoot better
never dreamed of this one getting here
i had this also on (number) in 1 cassette, VC gets better everytime i see such games
thx nintendo
Did any game in this series come out in NA? I'm watching the clip and shooting the bell brought back a serious feeling of deja vu.
Upon consulting Wikipedia, I see that this game was released in North America under the name Rainbowbell. So I have played this before.
i don't know
the sound is fuzzy (maybe its youtube)
it looks overly easy
the graphics look good but the boss music reminds me of bad dreams
and please tell me the point of the game is not shooting a bell.
talk to to me about it
Sounds great!
Ah, I was hoping they'd release this! Looks like it's a good time to be a shmup fan.
Now, let's see all the rest in the Twinbee series, and give us some Parodius love too, Nintendo/Konami!
The release date listed is for the FDS version, but the original Famicom version released much earlier: January 1986.
