I don't think so. As already pointed out by other posters not all games will appear to everybody, no matter how good they are. Castlevania Rondo of Blood was probably the most anticipated game on virtual console for quite some time, yet I saw a number of people on this site saying they had no interest in it. Thats fair enough. As much as I like the Castlevania games I realize they will not appeal to everyone. I think therein lies the difficulty of waiting a month for a good game, because inevitably there will always be someone disappointed. So really I would prefer to see as many games released as possible.
Okay Starfox, these are the recently released games from the previous weeks:
Castlevania: Rondo of Blood Final Fantasy II Fatal Fury Special Sonic & Knuckles Princess Tomato in the Salad Kingdom
Five games released in seven weeks. Would you mind telling me which of those are bad games? And how many have you not heard of before? And would you really want these five games to be released over a period of five months or seven weeks?
I'll echo the "define good" sentiment. Crazy Climber and Moon Crest on the VCA in Japan were unexpected surprises and both games I really enjoy - if they had been Star Fox instead it would have meant nothing to me.
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
