@Anthonyb + @VenomTheEvil, Ah, sorry bout that. I didnt know what was going on there for a moment when you both responded WiWare. I just read the header "Games you regretted buying" and I got a little confused about where I was with the new site layout Ok, so it's not WiWare, but yeah, I got weeks/months of enjoyment out of Melee but nothing from Brawl. Go figure. I'v never downloaded a WiWare title, so I cant even add to this this thread properly now lol!
It's all good bro. Buy some WiiWare games and come discuss!

Definitely agreeing with those who said the aquarium game and LostWinds. The aquarium game looks gorgeous, but I would've been happier if it had a wider array of fish available (or customizable fish colors, at least) so i could mimic tank setups I used to own. As for LostWinds, it has little replay value as-is. I hope they finish it eventually, because that was a promising start.
BEST THREAD EVER future of NL >:3
[16:43] James: I should learn these site rules more clearly
[16:44] LztheBlehBird: James doesn't know the rules? For shame!!!
Well, I really like pinball and Alien Crush Returns is pretty decent for being a WiiWare game. Plus every time I boot it up I get new balls unlocked and recently they added a fourth table to story mode.
On-topic my list is pretty brief, because I've generally been satisfied:
Block Breaker Deluxe -- the control is good and shows that the pointer can make a good paddle controller (see also Cutie Q on Namco Museum Remix), but the game is just too easy because of all the ridiculous powerups, so after a few hours of play it just wasn't worth playing any more. I'd rather have Super Breakout or Arkanoid on the VCA frankly.
Rainbow Islands Towering Adventure -- just disappointing. I'm sure it will get released over here, but honestly it was just Rainbow Islands without the fun bits to me.
Those are the only games I've actually removed from my SD cards and don't intend to run again.
Niki was terrible. I have no idea how that piece of garbage scored an 8/10. Zero air control and precision platforming DON'T MESH, never mind that the requirements to clear a level are plain tedious and boring.
LostWinds was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too short for its pricetag but well, people kept talking about how great it supposedly was. It had a difficulty ramp-up as if the game was 10-20 hours long and at the end it was still painfully easy. Yeah, okay, I think there's one secret item I didn't find but I really couldn't be bothered to go back and look for it.
I didn't play MaBoShi much, it's pretty fun but just not something I'm willing to play for very long.
For me it's MaBoShi. I could never get into to it one single bit. I've probably downloaded worse, after a couple pints, but luckily I've repressed their memory. Madstone was kinda meh to me too.
Oh, but you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you.
I wish that I did not Buy Rotohex cause I'm color blind and now can not get past the secound level. Another game I wish I had not bought was MaBoShi it's just not as fun as I thought it would be.
I regret Alien Crush Returns because I only had fun with it for one day and then it wa sover and WI-FI never works for some reason. (I get on but never get any to join my games.) I also regret World of Goo because I suck at it and never got into it.
[21:14] pixelman: I blame fheblackdragon
[21:15] pixelman: That's not an f by the way, it's a fancy t.
[21:15] Objection: Tales of Graces "fancy t"
[21:15] Objection: Tinal Tantasy
[21:15] theblackdragon: lol OB
[21:15] pixelman: OB knows what he's asking about.
None. I've only downloaded a few games to be honest (Final Fantasy, Megaman 9, Lost Winds and Toki Tori). Although I have only completed Final Fantasy, I don't regret downloading the others. I know Lost Winds is short but I kinda got lost somewhere and didn't know exactly my next objective.
Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.
I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!
@Bass X0, I remember that as well. I put down the game and then forgot what I was supposed to do. The one clue wasn't helping me either, but after a bit of messing about I got back into the swing of things. I think Lost Winds took me a month or two to complete!
To be fair whilst I may have deleted games like Block Breaker Deluxe and Rainbow Islands: Towering Adventure! I cannot say that I actually wish I hadn't purchased them because they weren't "bad" games, they just didn't live up to their potential to be really "good" games.
I wish that I did not Buy Rotohex cause I'm color blind and now can not get past the secound level. Another game I wish I had not bought was MaBoShi it's just not as fun as I thought it would be.
Aw, man, that sucks! Reminds me of a former coworker who didn't realize there was a color-coded attack/block system in Heavenly Sword because he's colorblind. The issue comes to my mind a lot because of him. If I ever wrote reviews, I'd be sure to mention problems for colorblind people to prevent them buying games they just can't play.

For some reason I thought I liked pool sims so I downloaded Midnight Pool.

Maybe that was just the wrong pool sim for you?
The only game I've ever hated enough to delete and vow never to redownload is Madstone. I notice nobody else here seems to hate it, but I sure do. I kinda regret Dr. Mario as well, because I've only played it for about 10 minutes. SO not worth $10. Not sure why I did download it, since I'm not really that big a Dr. Mario fan... I would've much rather had Dr. Mario 64 because I love the Wario Land 3 motif. Other than that, everything's been pretty worthwhile. I got my $5 out of Defend Your Castle, I suppose. Everything else I've download has been great, not that I have very many WiiWare games.
Going against the grain of this topic's point, I now list the titles I have that I DO like (don't worry, it's pretty short): My Life as a King, Strong Bad (whole series), Toki Tori, Bit.Trip Beat, and Tetris Party. As you can see, I'm pretty careful about what I download so as to avoid all the crap that runs rampant on WiiWare.
My Backloggery Updated sporadically. Got my important online ID's on there, anyway. :P
umm.......I didn't buy any bad ones actually. The worst one I got was Magnectia Twist, I didn't like it since the controls are annoying and I prefer Zuma. Other then that I have Dr. Mario, Strong bad, Tetris, Bomberman and others so I am fine
I'm with Firkraag - DL's Texas Hold'em Tournament (in online mode, which let's face it is why most of us will buy them game) is horribly bug-ridden. And they don't seem at all bothered about it, judging my their responses to my emails.
HELIX I HATE THAT GAME WITH A PASSION (oops sorry Caps) but having to use 2 Wii Remotes y not use the Balance Board then you'll get a better work out of it I want Furry Legends NOW!!!!
