Joking aside, it looks like the Wii U console with it being on it's side and with the names being turned horizontal over the buttons compared to the original design. I just don't like it, it's trying to be a Wii U but yet it's still a Wii. Go away!!

That reminds me of resetie... Another thing, no reset button? he's out of the job o.O
From the day I got my wii its always sat like that. I never put the consoles on the side. With my cats roaming around puting the console on the side makes me nervous that it will fall over. Plus I dont like putting the discs in on its side either. Other than the Wii Logo sitting flat instead of sideways and the Wavebird hookups sticking out of it my Wii looks just like the Wii pictured there.
My Xbox 360 is also laying flat and so does my PS2.
As for the design of the Wii U I stay say it looks like a Wii and Xbox 360s lovechild.
