I'm sure it's been posted before, but what would you like in Wii Play 2? First of all, it must use WM+ much like Wii Sports Resort did.
NEW GAMES Darts (remote) Foosball (remote & nunchuck) Slot Cars (remote) GONE Pop Mii- good grief, is that game annoyingly useless Charge!- compltely stupid
My wife loves the shooting game and the guessing Mii game. I really like tanks as well. Considering the game really only costs $10 ($40 is for the wiimote) I think it is a really good deal.
I'm not really sure what I'd like to see next time around (if they ever make a Wii Play 2). Your suggestions sound pretty good to me.
I don't get the hate for Wii Play. Sure the mini-games were short and simple, but many of them were still fun.
The shooting gallery, pool game, and tanks were all excellent even though they could've been fleshed out some more. Cow racing and the find Mii game also got played quite often around our place (by kids and non-gamers). Considering this game only cost about $10 and I was buying a second remote early in the Wii lifecycle anyway, it was entirely worthwhile.
That said, I'm not so excited about a Wii Play 2 just because I don't think I would buy the game stand-alone. Nintendo would have to package it with something. Maybe if they packed it in with Motion+ and made the whole thing cheap enough... but otherwise I can't see myself having enough incentive to buy.
For you, the day LordJumpMad graced your threads, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday. [url=http://www.backloggery.com/jumpmad]Unive...
@JumpMad We need Wii Sports Plus, with WiiMotionPlus support, boxing with 2 Wiimotes with WiiMotionPlus, a full 18 holes in golf, and a full 9 innings of baseball.

Like most people I thought Wii Play was great for the value, a second Wiimote and a fifteen dollar game. On the other hand what I found most impressive yet very limited was the billiards game. If I had a choice on what to improve on the original or what to make for the second title it would be improving on the billiards game. Perhaps adding additional billiard games (eight ball, snooker), 4 player support (perhaps teams).
That is TLinkerbell to you! [17:17] theblackdragon: considering i have neither an xbox nor a ps3 :3 [17:17] Corbie: Nintendo fangirl alert!!!! [17:17] James Newton: Uh oh The James Ne...
I 2nd the comments on value, suggested games, and limited enjoyability. The game was great for getting full use of the remote. It gets a lil' playtime when the kids have friends over.
I loved the tanks on the old wii play. I could play it for hours. I hope that if there is a new wii play, there is a more complex version of tanks. And maybe some sort of mini kart race.
